In brief
On the estate above the Spey at Craigellachie, the undulating turf-roofed building that opened in 2018. Less a conventional distillery tour than an architectural destination, with its own bar and dining programme — and comfortably the most expensive visit on Speyside. Reservation only; there are no walk-ins.
