One of the best-known producers in Chianti Classico, and the building is genuinely well considered: sunk into the hillside with vines carrying on over the roof. It isn't only a winery but a good restaurant too, so I'd pair the cellar tour with lunch. The family's centuries-long story is told as you go round, and it's worth hearing.
