Uma Cucina
Italian cooking above the Ubud valley
In brief
The roadside restaurant at COMO Uma Ubud, looking over the Tjampuhan valley. Pasta, bread, cheese and gelato are made in house and the pizzas come out of a wood-fired oven — a different proposition from Ubud's bowl-and-smoothie cafes. How much valley you see depends on the table, so it's worth asking for the terrace side when you book.
