A fully plant-based restaurant in an open pavilion over the jungle in Penestanan. No flour, no refined sugar, no processed palm oil; the focus is on roots, shoots and fruit grown in Bali, which sets it apart from the import-driven health cafes. It's out of the centre and a little awkward to reach.
