In the Puertochico harbour quarter of Santander, a family restaurant running since 1935, named after the fishermen's tavern it grew out of. Not a creative kitchen but a product one: shellfish is chosen by weight from the live tanks. A bar at the entrance, three small dining rooms behind, and a terrace.
